Our
History
In 1984 the company was created, with the name Alvaro Marin Valencia starting with the new projects, residential complex el limoncito, and Corviandi.
In 1987 it was constituted as a company Ltda. and we changed our headquarters to Avenida la Rosita, in 1989 important projects were created with the electrificadora in rural areas, in 2003 we obtained the first ISO 9001 certification, followed in 2005 we opened offices in Bogota and Cali, in 2006 we entered the Caribbean Coast with projects in Cartagena, Barranquilla and Santa Marta.
In 2011 we obtained our second certification, OHSAS 18001, and changed our headquarters to the Metropolitan Business Park building. Also in this year we executed important projects in Panama such as the Nueva Joya Prison – Panama City.
In 2012 we opened headquarters in Peru and AMV Zona Franca S.A.S. was created, as well as the Domotics service, in 2013 we obtained the ISO 14001 certification, in the course of 2015 the corporate entity was updated and the HVAC service was created. In 2017 the energy efficiency service was created and the digital transformation began in 2020.
In 2022 we were incorporated as AMV SAS and we continue to move forward.
